A Shenzhen factory making custom printed pouches and roll stock film since 2005
Shenzhen Yongliantai New Material Technology Co., Ltd., also known by its brand YLTPACK, is a direct factory for flexible packaging. We print and convert stand-up pouches, flat bottom pouches, spout pouches, retort pouches, ziplock bags, shaped bags and roll stock film for VFFS and HFFS machines.
Our customers are brand owners, importers, distributors and packaging companies. Most work in food, coffee, pet, household and personal care. Printing, lamination, slitting and bag making all happen in our own plant in Shenzhen, so you deal directly with the people who make your bags.

How an order works
From Inquiry to Delivery in Six Steps
You send the brief. We handle the artwork, the samples, the printing and the shipping.

Send your brief
Tell us the product, bag type, size, quantity and target market. A reference photo or an existing bag is enough to start.

Quote and recommendation
Within 1 business day you get a quote and a suggested structure, closure and print method for your product.
- 03
Artwork and samples
Our in-house team copies your finished artwork or lays out a design from your idea, at no cost. Free samples of similar bags are available, and you pay the courier.

Proof approval
You check the digital proof for size, colors, text and the position of the zipper, valve or window. Production starts only after you sign off.
- 05
Printing and bag making
Production usually takes 7–15 days after proof approval. Printing, lamination, slitting and bag making all run in our Shenzhen plant.

Packing and shipping
Bags or rolls are packed by carton and shipped by air, sea or express. We quote the shipping method with your order.

Questions Before Your First Order
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the print method and material. Digital print starts at 1,000 pieces per design, and gravure print at 10,000 pieces per design. Compostable, recyclable and recycled-content structures start at 30,000 pieces. Roll stock film starts at 100 kg.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. We send free samples of similar bags so you can check the material, closure and print finish. You only pay the courier cost.
How long does production take, and how is the order shipped?
Production usually takes 7–15 days after you approve the artwork proof. We quote air, sea and express shipping with your order, and transit time depends on the method you choose.
I don't have finished artwork. Can you help?
Yes, and design support is free. Our in-house team can copy your finished artwork, or build a layout from your idea or a reference photo. You then approve a proof before anything goes to print.
Which bags can be recyclable or compostable?
You can choose compostable kraft/PLA, recyclable mono-PE, or structures with recycled content (PCR/GRS). Aluminum foil laminate and Mylar bags are not recyclable, so tell us your shelf-life needs and we will suggest a structure that fits.
